Sessions

I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Check out my offerings and choose one suitable to your ambitions and lifestyle.

Standard Session

After completing an initial consultation (a review of fitness goals, medical history and the first training session, which we ask everyone to complete prior to 1 on 1 session), you are free to schedule private 1 on 1 training sessions. We offer truly personalized, personal training. These sessions are tailored specifically to you and your needs.

1 on 1

Group of 2

Don't want to workout alone? No problem! Sign up with a friend for 2 on 1 personal training. After getting an understanding of each individuals fitness level and preferred training styles, each workout will be tailored to each member of the group (cardio, weight training, sport specific training, etc). 

2 on 1

Group of 3

Have more than 1 friend you want to workout with? Forge ahead together! 3 on 1 personal training will give your whole group a workout to remember. Similar to 2 on 1 training, after getting an understanding of each individuals fitness level and preferred training styles, each workout will be tailored to each member of the group (cardio, weight training, sport specific training, etc). 

3 on 1

If you want to join with a larger group, accommodations can be made. Please call or email.
